I am a London girl born and bred; as my song goes, 'I'm thin and quite tall, I’m a Skinny Bitch!’ I have been singing and playing instruments all my life and I wrote my first song, too late, in 2000. I might write at the piano or I may be inspired by a groove. I write songs for other artists, for me, for friends, for children and for film and TV - most notably Disney. Music dances through my veins. I am compelled to write...stories...with melodies, harmonies, grooves. I love layered vocals and channelling my inner Aretha for BVs. The truth is key. Be true to yourself and others and the rest will fall into place.
